Charleston Animal Society Mission Night
February 26 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Your Local Missions Team is looking ahead to the SNL Missions Night for February on behalf of the Charleston Animal Society. We’ll be making bandanas for dogs and catnip toys for cats. But we need your help with the following items:
- Fabric – Each 19” square of fabric will make two bandanas, so we’ll need a fair amount. This fabric would need to be cotton or cotton blend so it would be thin enough to use for the bandana. No thicker upholstery type fabric could be used.
- Socks – Small adult sized socks or larger youth sized socks. Do you have a sock who’s lost its mate? Then donate it to us for the kitties. Each sock will make one catnip toy. We can’t use any toddler socks or smaller.
- Catnip – We need bagged or jarred catnip. No plants, please.
- Fiberfill – One large bag of fiberfill stuffing is needed.
Please drop these items off in the church office by February 3rd so that the local missions team has enough time to prep the supplies before this mission night!
We can’t wait to see you for this fun event on February 26th! If you would like to join us for dinner that night (pulled pork), please register here as well — otherwise we will see you around 5:30 when the event starts!
