Planning for our 8th annual spring yard cleanup for homebound elderly and disabled Meals on Wheels recipients is underway now.
Please consider signing up this coming Sunday as a volunteer during our 2-week window between March 7 and March 22. We keep this process as simple as possible: Sign up tables at the Sanctuary exits will only need your name and email address. Coordinators will contact you by email, answer questions and then you choose the weekend (morning or afternoon) that works for you, your family, small group or Sunday School class. This is a family friendly activity that will not exceed 2 hours.
We provide bags and rakes for all ages so no worries if you don’t have enough rakes. Your efforts are part of the means by which these neighbors in need are able to remain in their homes despite their physical limitations. Come and enjoy the fun and light work this spring.
