Third Act: Stacy Willingham
Join Third Act on Monday, Sept. 22 at noon for lunch and a conversation with local author Stacy Willingham as she discusses her process of writing, and introduces her latest book, Forget Me Not. Set in a sleepy South Carolina coastal town, it has been called a “pulse-pounding story about the power of sisterhood and the haunting grip of secrets buried deep.” Stacy Willingham is the New York Times, USA Today and internationally bestselling author of psychological suspense. Before turning to fiction, Stacy was a copywriter and brand strategist for various marketing agencies. She earned her B.A. in magazine journalism from the University of Georgia and M.F.A. in writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She lives in Charleston with her husband Britt Willingham and their one-year daughter Avery. They are members of Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
