2024 Women’s Retreat

Make plans now to attend MPPC Women’s Retreat 2024!

The retreat will be held February 2- 4 at Pawleys Plantation. The cost is $250, or $125 if you do not stay on the property. There is an early bird discount for those who register before November 13, the early bird cost is $235. Register here!

Registration fee includes accommodations at Litchfield Beach and Golf, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, Friday evening Happy Hour and retreat materials. All the activities, studies, & food will be at Pawleys Plantation. Dinner on Friday and Saturday nights is on your own.

You must be registered and paid in full by Dec 3, 2023, to secure your spot, and it is non-refundable after December 31, 2023. If you are unable to pay online, you can bring a check to the church during office hours and Alanna Barrett will register you.

We are so excited to have Martha Feil as our 2024 Women’s Retreat Speaker. Martha is a Commissioned Pastor, and she and her husband Fred have been members of MPPC since 2006. She served in the Elder class of 2015. Currently a member of the praise band, Martha has served this congregation as Bible study facilitator, confirmation group leader, and VBS volunteer.

Her passion is Kairos Prison Ministry International (KPMI) which is dedicated to serving the incarcerated and their families. KPMI’s tag line is Changing Hearts, Transforming Lives, Impacting the World. She says, “I feel closer to God behind the razor wire of a maximum security prison than anywhere else. The presence of the Holy Spirit is palpable.” We are also blessed to have the Music provided by Haley Sane, Lauren Houston and Taryn Wetherington.

Sleeping Arrangements:

The suites have one or two bedrooms with kitchen facilities and living area. Towels and linens are provided. The one bedroom suites sleep 4, and the two bedroom suites sleep 6. There are 6 two bedroom suites, and 35 one bedroom suites.
