Morris Island/Coastal Expeditions Day Trip

Join us on a fun filled day adventure where we will not only take a boat cruise, but also hit the beach, and hunt for shark teeth! Beautiful Morris Island is where our day of excitement will take us, and I encourage you to register soon so we can book our tour! Please plan to bring your own food and drinks if you so choose.

This trip will be led by a naturalist aboard one of the Coast Guard-certified vessels, departing from Coastal Expedition’s Shem Creek dock. Bottlenose dolphins, Eastern brown pelicans, and – in the summertime- manatees will greet us as we head down Shem Creek and out into the Charleston Harbor. As we cruise through the harbor, you’ll experience unmatched views of the downtown skyline, Ravenel Bridge, Fort Sumter, and other iconic landmarks. Reaching the island, you’ll depart directly onto the beach!

You’ll have plenty of time to explore on your own or relax on the beach before we head back to the mainland. I hope you all register for this event and can make lots of amazing family memories!
