DESCRIPTION:Millions of women and children walk over three miles daily to collect water. The Water Mission Walk for Water event in Charleston simulates this trek and lets you help bring safe water and God’s love 14\,000 people in need as we raise $700\,000 together. \nThe MPPC team will be joining with our neighbors for the 20th Annual Walk for Water on March 21\, 2026. SUMMARY:Angel Tree Gifts Due Back
DESCRIPTION:As members of MPPC\, we’re called to love and support our neighbors. The Angel Tree is a wonderful way to spread Christmas joy to children and families in our community. \nThis year\, the Angel Tree serves nine area elementary and Windwood Farms. In late October\, we reached out to guidance counselors at each school to identify families who would benefit from our program. Families provide us with a wish list of items that would be meaningful for their children. \nHow to Participate: The Angel Tree is displayed in the Fellowship Hall. Simply visit the tree to select an angel. Each child has one angel on the tree\, complete with a wish list for clothes and toys. You’re welcome to purchase any or all of the suggested items-choose what feels right for you. \nImportant Deadline: Please bring your wrapped gifts (or gifts in gift bags) to the church by December 14th and place them in the Fellowship Hall. \nThank you for your generosity and for being a blessing to our neighbors this Christmas season.
