DESCRIPTION:Our next Inquirers Class will be held on Sunday\, Oct. 11. Participants will meet in person from 9:45am until 10:45am in Seabrook 208. This class is open to anyone in the community who is interested in learning more about MPPC. There is no pressure to join the church\, although we would love to have you! Pastors\, Elders and other church leaders will talk about life at MPPC and answer any questions you may have. DESCRIPTION:We believe that faith and service go hand in hand. Our “Hearts for the World – Called to Serve” milestone for 5th graders helps children discover that their faith is not just about what they believe\, but how they live and serve others in Jesus’ name. SUMMARY:Blessing of the Animals
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Blessing of the Animals Worship Service as we express our thanks for God’s creative power and sustaining care and acknowledge God’s call to us to be stewards of creation and especially the animals that are placed in our care. This service will take place at 4 p.m. on Sunday\, Oct. 11 on the Fellowship Hall porch. \nPlease bring your animal companions – leashed or caged\, real or stuffed or represented by a photograph – as well as a chair for sitting\, if desired. We will also be collecting a pet food donation for ECCO.
