SAVE THE DATE

If you need to reserve your event for the church calendar but you don’t have enough information to complete a Facilities Usage Form, please submit a Save the Date Form by clicking the button below. Once we receive the submission, your event will be added to the church calendar. If there are any conflicts, the receptionist will contact you. If audio/visual, childcare, food, or room set up is needed, please make sure to complete the Facilities Usage Form ten days prior to your event. If you have any questions about these forms, please contact Alexis Wright-Singleton.

FACILITY USAGE REQUEST

If audio/visual, childcare, food, or room set up is needed, click the button below to complete a Facilities Usage Form. This form needs to be completed at least ten days before your event. It notifies all support staff to ensure your event details/instructions are carried out. If you have any questions, please contact Alexis Wright-Singleton.  Please give detailed instructions if you need a specific room set up.
